Registration

Non-members are welcome to register, however, If you are not yet a member, you will have the option to join as part of the online registration form and will then receive a discount on the registration fees for academic/regulatory/trainee members (Academic & Government Members receive a $110 discount off of the meeting registration fee for the Triennial Meeting. Student and Retired Members receive a $65 discount off of the meeting registration fee) and have access to the online membership directory. Industry Members help support the society by paying a higher registration fee.

Payment is to be made by credit card. If you can’t pay by credit card, you can make a wire transfer, instructions for the wire transfer will be included in the email receipt after registration is made. 

All fees are in USD as they will be deposited directly into the TULISOC US bank account, do not deduct any fees.

Registration Deadlines & Costs:

Save on registration!  Join TULISOC for $100 for Academic/Regulatory/Industry or $60 for students, for three year TULISOC membership and save $110 on Academic and Regulatory Registration or $65 on Student Registration fees (Industry Members registrations are not discounted). Membership application and renewal are included with the online registration form.

Registration fees include:

+Meetings & Final Program Book +Welcome Reception +3 Buffet Lunches +Morning Coffee Breaks +2 poster session receptions +Final Night Banquet. The accompanying person fee to bring a guest(s) to the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening is $35.00; and for the Gala Dinner on Wednesday evening is $75.

Registration Cancellation Policy: There will be no cancellation fees if registration is cancelled by 7 September, 2026. From 8 September there are no refunds except in cases of emergency.

Hotel Room and Travel Expenses are NOT INCLUDED. All meetings will be held at the Portofino Hotel & Marina.

• $600 after 1 September 2026 and onsite

Student & Retired Members (Documentation must be provided with membership application)

• $450 through 15 June 2026
• $500 from 16 June – 31 August 2026

• $610 through 15 June 2026
• $660 from 16 June – 31 August 2026
• $710 after 1 September 2026 and onsite

You are still encouraged to join or renew your dues in TULISOC. The membership dues are nominal, but help to support the organization in its mission to promote tularemia research.
