Registration fees include:

There is a $35.00 fee for the optional Tuesday afternoon group activity for meeting participants and their guests; accompanying person fee to bring a guest(s) to the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening is $35.00; and for the Gala Dinner on Tuesday evening is $75.00.
If you need to keep the optional Group Activity ticket and or accompanying person fees as a separate payment, for instance for NIH employees, please register first without the Tuesday Optional Group Activity, and/or accompanying person fees, pay for the registration using the government credit card, and then login again to add the optional Tuesday Group Activity, and or accompanying person fees, which can then be paid for with another credit card. Instructions for editing an existing registration are on the Welcome Page of the online registration system.
Registration Cancellation Policy: There will be no cancellation fees if registration is cancelled by 7 September, 2026. From 8 September there are no refunds except in cases of emergency.
Hotel Room and Travel Expenses are NOT INCLUDED. All meetings will be held at the Portofino Hotel & Marina.

Digital ONLY Registration Including ePosters, Access to all Abstracts and Participant Networking through the Online Program
Includes access to the basic abstract platform with full access to the OxfordAbstracts online program and abstracts as well as participant networking portal and ePoster Gallery. The ePoster gallery is optional for presenters, many do not upload their presentations or poster pdf’s but most participants do participate in the online networking. Each in-person and virtual meeting registrant will be sent an invitation to the online program and networking portal and can set up their contact preferences. Email, SMS and video chat are available options.
The OxfordAbstracts online program and networking will be available from 14 September through 31 December, 2026. Virtual and in-person participants can contact speakers and poster authors through the virtual platform and mobile app to discuss their presentations, and may also participate in chats with other participants through the virtual platform networking features.
Includes an ePoster gallery with PDF version of the in-person posters, orals, for all participating authors. The number of in-person presenters participating in the ePoster gallery can be very low, it is an optional upload for them. There are a few presenters who are not able to travel to the meeting who will be presenting only an ePoster, these will be included in the gallery.
Virtual Platform (OxfordAbstracts) will be available until at least December 31, 2026.
